"Poor care"

Went in as I believed I had food poisoning, I was eventually seen and basically told off for coming in with norovirus (which I have never even heard of). When I did the 111 form online it advised me to seek a consultation which I did. I would have usually just stay home and treat the symptoms as I know with most of these things there is no treatment except rest however due to having missed college I was required to see a doctor. The individual then stated this ‘was not an excuse for infecting others’. Like I said earlier I believed it was food poisoning and no one should feel they have done something wrong by seeking treatment.
