About: One Medicare LLP-the Light

Almost impossible to get an prompt appointment - usually having to wait weeks or phone each day first thing which often proves fruitless and is demeaning. When you do get an appointment it’s often cancelled due to sickness and you’re back to square one. The admin and reception staff can be very inflexible and rude. I have also experienced many basic admin errors. Extremely disappointed with this surgery but there is nowhere else to go in leeds city centre.
