An absolute joke of a place this has turned into over the years. If you need an appointment? more chance of meeting the Queen at Morrison’s!

But what baffles me is why are you posting notices accepting new patients? When you continuously fail the ones already on the practice list. Obviously its all money orientated now.

Blood tests can take 4-5 weeks! 4 to 5 weeks for a blood test?

If you suffer with mental health and have to deal with this set-up, I really feel for you. You come off the phone distressed with the whole experience tbh! It takes over a 100 calls to get through??

Sorry that you feel this way

In our contract with NHS England our practice list has to be open to any patients that live within our boundary. Currently we have blood appointments to book 1 week away, if bloods are urgent we would send patients to either the Hub out of hours service or the hospital. We are an extremely busy practice and endeavour to meet our patient needs.
