"Spinal Fusion/decompression surgery."

After many years of suffering with Chronic back pain I decided to visit The Spine specialist hospital in Nov 2018 for a second opinion, and I’m so very glad I did. After a long consultation with the consultant/surgeon I was booked in for Spinal fusion/decompression surgery for 17th December. I was never rushed and everything about my surgery was explained in detail, and I had chance to ask any questions I had, the Surgeon/consultant had lots of time for us. I was very nervous on day of my surgery as never had any surgery before, I was put at ease and made to feel very welcome. My stay at the hospital was 5 stars and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hospital to anyone, from the moment you enter the hospital till you leave, the treatment I received was FANTASTIC, all the staff are so lovely and I was looked after extremely well. They can’t do enough for you. The surgeon is very talented and i’m very grateful for my surgery, so I’d like to say a very big Thank you to the surgeon and everyone that looked after me. It’s now been 13months since my surgery and life is much easier, I do still have some pain on one side, but I have a lot of wear n tear on one side, the consultant/surgeon has assured me this side is just taking longer to heal and I’m very positive and hopeful it will Finish healing soon. My husband has also had treatment at this hospital in May 2018 and had some spinal injections by the same consultant/surgeon and the treatment he received was 5 star as well. We have spent the last 12 months travelling up and down to this hospital from The Midlands but it has been worth it, Thank you again.
