Attended clinic 1 Lincoln County Hospital. Reassuringly found all staff punctual, efficient, informative and empathetic. I was not looking forward to my consultation however I was pleasantly surprised and pleased at the care and consideration shown by all who are obviously very busy judging by the full patient waiting area when leaving. This is a most welcome change which I hope can be maintained by providing appropriate support to all personnel.
