"Excellent service all round"

I have never done something like this but feel so strongly about the care that I have received... yet again.

The dear reception staff are so helpful and you hear such rudeness to them, You cannot magic appointments but if there is one they will find it for you. If you have to wait for your appointment, it means the Doctors or Nurses are going above and beyond their time given, I feel very grateful knowing hat I have always received such care

Two years ago I came to surgery with a spot on a mole, the quick thinking of a very dedicated lady I was refereed and within 2 months had 2 lots of surgery and Malignant melanoma GONE. That alone ...Thank you will never be enough...bless you.

New year..we started with Flu symptoms, chest infections..felt so so poorly.yet again, rang on the day,poor reception could hear my desperation, I was given an appointment within hours, Chest xray and Antibiotics and follow up. 3 days later and we are ready to start the new year again. Just need to build some strength first.
