no matter what time you ring you can never get through, constantly engaged. Receptionists are very rude at the surgery. They do not have any people skills at all. Seems like they have not had any training for the job at all. Far too many patients on the books and not enough trained doctors.

Disappointing and should be closed down if it cannot operate professionally.

We strive to ensure all experiences for all patients are the best possible. Our telephone lines are always extremely busy and we apologise if you have had problems getting through to the surgery. Please be assured that the reception team are answering the telephone as quickly as possible and aim to give each caller the attention they require. In terms of the reception team please note that training is ongoing, however, if you would like to discuss your concerns with the Practice Manager please do no hesitate to contact us.
