"Couldn't even get my name right"

No two people seem to be able to give the same answer to a basic question about how prescriptions work. It's a joke, they haven't even got my name and address correct.

Please accept my sincere apologies for your experience with the Practice and Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Repeat Prescription take 2 working days to process, Prescription cannot be issued over the telephone. Repeat Prescription can either be put in the 'Repeat Prescription' box which is placed by the main doors of the building, handed to a Receptionist or you can join a Pharmacy of your choice who will automatically put your Prescription request in each month.

All staff should be checking 3 forms of ID when speaking to any patient including name, Date of Birth and Address. Confidentiality is paramount at all times.
