Only ever had a few bad experiences at Furlong. I’ve always been to get an appointment relatively quickly, even if the wait is sometimes long, but that’s expected all GPs get busy. The nurses are all really kind and helpful, and the doctors are quite polite.

Thank You so much for this comment. We are constantly reviewing our appointment system on a regular basis to ensure we can offer the best possible service to all our patients. We do have busier days/times than others and we have amended working hours to accommodate the demand.
