"2 hour wait!"

About: Southmead Hospital

I visited here with my wife who had an appointment. It took two hours to eventually be seen. Was an absolute disgrace and there was no contact from the staff to say about any delay. The staff looked like they didn't care and when I mentioned the length of wait to the receptionist, I received a rude response and told to deal with it. Really need to work on their communication.

Dear Phil,

I am sorry that when you attended an appointment with your wife that it took so long before she was seen. Clearly you were not kept informed and you didn't receive the response that we would have wished from the receptionist you spoke to and this is not acceptable.
