"Excellent service from the Advanced Nurse…"

I came to see a particular nurse 2 weeks ago with a concern over a mole on my back, the following morning the Churchill Hospital rang me and offered an apt in their dermatology department , all within 2 weeks. I would like to say a huge thank you to him for moving this forward so very quickly, his manner, concern and professionalism was a credit to your health centre, thankfully I have seen the consultant and its all okay, although they have body mapped me and kindly said I could contact them directly if there was any changes. Please pass on my thanks to him, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the great service you offer from you practice. Kind Regards
