Unfortunately some of the carers are extremely rude and ignorant . They dont welcome you in just open the door and walk off! Their rude demeanor makes you not want to visit loved ones. If you ever ask a question its like you're putting them out for an answer. Its like your presence in the home is a burden to them, like you're in the way. Ive on one occasion heard one carer tell my loved one to shut up and get eating so she could see family! I regret not saying anything at the time, the fact i didn't was to spare my loved one dealing with any repercussions. All the carers have to do is step up on their interpersonal skills and accept people come to visit family members. I would also like to say not all carers there are like this a couple i have come across are lovely.
