Having moved to Driffield in 2018 from Kent, I am very pleased at the care I have received from the Parks Practice. Everyone is excellent and cares about me as an individual. I feel valued and feel that my health care needs are important to the Doctors and staff. I really do feel that I am in safe hands and also caring hands. The Practice is accessible and friendly.
May I just say that the audio patient call system used to call in the next patient is quite muffled and the TV screen showing room number to go to is not visible from many seats. I try to sit so I can see the TV visual prompt to go into the doctors room if possible so as not to miss the Doctor calling me in for my consultation.
