"Treatment at Aberdeen ED."

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Emergency Medicine

(as a service user),

Managed to dislocate my shoulder slipping down a bank into the river Don. Everyone at Aberdeen ARI ED was superb, from the receptionist who very kindly got me a wheelchair (I think she could see me shaking) to the consultant, radiographers, and nurses. The department was very busy but I was seen after about 20 mins of waiting and was made to feel that I was being treated by a very professional team. I was in considerable pain but never did I feel that I was being a nuisance. Thank you to everyone in the ED, you are a credit to the NHS.

Dear Cyclic,

Many thanks for taking the time to give the team in the Emergency Department this feedback. I am delighted to hear that you received such excellent care. This feedback will mean a lot to the team and I will ensure it is shared with them.

I hope you are recovering well

Julie
