"Rude admin staff"

The staff are very rude and not understanding. I made an appointment for my sister for an allergic reaction and although they said the next appt is the end of the week I had to understand. When I turned up for the appt they said I had cancelled the appt. When I explained the situation and how I even left work to bring my sister, they made up a story that I called in the morning and cancelled but I was working and tried to prove that I didn’t. The ladies were very rude and didn’t try to rearrange the appt but kept saying we cancelled so can’t be seen. So disappointed. The doctors are very nice but the rude admin staff have made me come to the decision to move my whole family of 8 to a different surgery.
