"Assessment with Ealing CATT team"

I have been struggling with depression and had asked for a change of medication so my GP referred me to the ECATT team.

Dr Sufraz went through my medical notes for the past thirteen years and asked me to clarify different points. 

I was then asked about my background and my experience of depression from childhood until now and 

Dr Sufraz assessed me and confirmed that changing medication could be an option. 

He explained the different choices and sure effects. 

I was taken under the ECATT care as their patient and allocated a point of contact called Ola. 

A follow up appointment has been scheduled to see how I get on in ten day's time. 

I was sent for an ECG and delivered the results back to Wolsey.
