Just a note to say thank you to all the staff at the Endoscope Suite at the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy. I had a colonoscopy recently and was very nervous indeed. The nurse, Jill who checked me in was so reassuring and the staff in the endoscope room, including Dr. Ansari, were just wonderful. Everything was explained in enough detail that I understood what was going on and although the procedure was a bit uncomfortable, I was in no doubt that I was in safe hands. Absolutely first class care.
