The gentleman in the reception is probably the most condescending person I have ever seen , he speaks to patients with challenging language and dismissive comments, when patients leave the window he talks to his colleagues about the patients personal matters , I work for the NHS for 30 years and under the protocol of patient confidentiality, this person should not be a front line face of a NHS practice .
