About: Solihull Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

I was admitted to Solihull via Ambulance on Christmas Day feeling scared and totally rubbish.  I was instantly attended to by variously nurses and porters who were lovely.  Then a doctor who I believe was called Emily who was just great, then a consultant whose name I sadly can't remember.  I appreciate they'd all given up their Christmas to look after other people like myself.

Just wanted to thank every one of them for their care and diligence.  Feeling lots better but it is really important that they know how very grateful and appreciated they are.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding the care and treatment you have received by the team at Solihull Hospital. I totally agree with you, although I appreciate the NHS is currently under pressure, it does offer a fabulous service.

I am pleased to read that you felt that your treatment was delivered with care and diligence and it will be my pleasure to ensure your feedback is highlighted to the senior management team. I will ask that your posting is shared with the staff, as I am sure they will be absolutely delighted to read your positive comments.
