"Bad practice, absolutely nothing done "

Went to A&E with my girlfriend who had an allergic reaction on christmas eve night. The allergy is blocking her throat and she was crying because her whole body was burning with itch. The front desk staff was quite friendly. After waiting 2 hours and 53 mins it was finally her turn. She came back out in less than 5 minutes. Turns out the doctor says she can't do anything for her, despite her allefgic reaction making her breathing difficult, and patches of hives spreads around her whole body. Now she is glowing is red because nothing was done and she cannot help but scratching her body, which is making her skin bleeds. Pharmacies and clinics are not open on christmas day and boxing day, but all the doctor say is "i understand, but i can't help it".
