"Excellent service"

About: Peterborough City Hospital

We attended A&E on the 23rd because my sister had hurt her ankle. She had previously had a dismissive experience in Worthing and was told she had a mild sprain. As it turned out, she had two fractures - and the process of finding this out at Peterborough was quick, kind and so thorough. We had fully expected to wait hours but were seen within shortly after booking in by a very lovely triage nurse. He treated my sister with compassion and care that far surpassed her previous experience. In for an x-ray and back out and getting a diagnosis all within the hour! Thank you Peterborough City Hospital.
