"Good care, bad food"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Respiratory Medicine (Ward 17)

(as a volunteer/advocate),

Ward 17 - been here four days, food is really bad, not managing to eat much apart from food brought in from home by my daughter. Nurses are always busy but look after us well. The cleaners are good, keeping the room clean. Sometimes it takes a while to see doctors. Everybody very cheerful.

Dear UHM23 (as a volunteer/advocate),

I am sorry to hear that you did not find the food to your liking. Catering staff are always available to discuss any issues with meals with patients.

The domestic staff work hard to keep all areas clean and I will pass your positive comments on to them.

regards

William
