I am 42 so have been in and out of services around the country for years.   I'm with the women and children's team in Birmingham as my drug use has contributed to me sex working.

I can't believe how lovely the experience has been so far. The support team are all really professional but at the same time they are gentle and kind. I've never enjoyed going to any drug service and I've kept away from group situations in the past but I've engaged with this team - they make it a quite nice experience.

There is always a warm welcome and a hot drink. I can talk to any one of the team if my assigned worker is not available and unlike my past experiences, they all make it seem like nothing is too much trouble, they are a really amazing team of women.
