Yet another fantastic group meeting with our nurse. we've all achieved so much over the past few months. Our small group have lost over 75kg!
I've gone from a 16 dress size to a 12-14!
So I would just like to say a BIG THANK YOU to our nurse for all the wonderful work she does.
