I sustained a spinal injury in 1987 and due to reasons unknown I have never had my repaired spine looked at in any detail since. Guess I just missed the net somehow.
A result of some new unexplained symptoms I was referred to the Spinal Injuries Unit at Stoke Mandeville by my GP.
A day was put together for me to have 4 different tests:- Xray of kidney function, MRI, ultrasound, Xray followed by a discussion with a Physio and then finally a Doctor.
The day ran like clockwork with the final Doctor staying after hours to complete his detailed consultation.
I would like to thank each and everyone involved in putting such a effective day together for me. It was a good patient experience.
"The day ran like clockwork"
