About: University Hospital Monklands / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I was admitted to University Hospital Monklands in early december.  I was feeling very unwell and immediately on entering the Emergency Department clinical treatment was started immediately. I am very grateful to every member of staff who took care of me during my stay in hospital. I received excellent clinical treatment and every member of staff who provided my care was professional, reassuring, caring and compassionate. I feel they all demonstrated excellent team work. Thank you to the staff in E. D. , Emergency Receiving Unit, Acute Medical Receiving Unit and ward 17. Your care was outstanding.
