About: Coventry NHS Healthcare & Walk in Centre

Went yesterday after being referred by 111 due to own surgery being closed.

Lady at desk asked me the issue so I told her. She then started asking some personal questions that she could have retrieved from the form that she had thrust at me previously. She treated me as if I was inferior for being ill.

There were other people queuing so do not think she needed to ask such questions. I understand there is a need to triage. But I aid given her details on the form.

The nurse I saw was great she really took her time and explored all of my symptoms to ensure I was given the best care. Couldn’t fault her. Thank you.

Visited toilets after and these were not pleasant.
