About: Colman Hospital Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust

(as a service user),

I had been getting Physio Therapy and Motomed treatment in the community, now that's gone! I am now expected to travel all the way to the Colman Hospital in Norwich to get this treatment but to make matters worse they don't respond to make appointments! Sadly I feel Norfolk Community Healthcare Trust have become useless they don't seem to care anymore if you need treatment, this is the result of major cuts to this vital service which is a disgrace as I'm in agony and get no treatment. It seems like you can't even get the treatment you need anymore!

I am sorry to learn that you feel let down regarding access to Physiotherapy and Motomed treatment and that you have had difficulty making appointments.
