(as a relative),

Thank you for swinging into action when much needed with true professionalism care and concern. You lost no time in dealing with a very sick patient which made all the difference. The staff who helped us know who they are - they are caring and exceptional.

We would like to make people think that next time their appointment time is a little late, to have patience - because the next emergency to be dealt with could be you.

Dear M-Family

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments on Care Opinion. I was heartened to read that you had such a positive experience in very challenging circumstances when you/your loved one became very sick whilst visiting haematology at ARI.

We are very fortunate to have such caring and professional staff working in the haematology department at ARI who go the extra mile everyday.

It is such a morale boost for staff to receive such positive feedback and I will pass this onto the staff concerned
