Over many years I have depended on the Hawthorns surgery to keep my various health complaints in check! Like most patients I simply want to be able to live my life to the fullest. My GP has always given me good advice, I am lucky to have a GP who knows my family and health history. Over the last few months I have received treatment for cancer. My GP has seen me at every stage of treatment, offering advice, encouragement and support. The consultations have been given with deep empathy and I have felt that I could ask questions regarding my treatment at any level of depth showing a deep knowledge of the treatment I have been given. In my opinion my GP is the best! The reception staff were extremely helpful and accommodating whenever I visited the surgery to make or attend appointment. I understand the financial constraints experienced throughout the NHS, but I can honestly say that the treatment of the patient is outstanding. I can honestly say I feel a very great debt of gratitude!
