(as a relative),

My partner had a sigmoidoscopy today at DGRI. 

He was treated with respect, compassion and care by all the health professionals. 

Procedures were explained, humor was involved and true person- centred care. 

Thank you to all involved, in particular Staff Nurse Emma, who role modeled everything that you expect a great nurse to be!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. I am absolutely delighted to hear that your husband has had such a positive experience at DGRI. Having to attend hospital for a procedure can be a stressful experience and I am delighted that your husband's care was of such a high standard. I will forward your kind comments to the department and people involved, it will be lovely for them to hear such positive feedback about the excellent care they are delivering to their patients.
