(as the patient),

I began to feel unwell at the beginning of this year.   Over the course of six months I tried to kill myself 3 times.   I was taken into care in August and I have received excellent help from the staff here.   I have had help from the psychiatrist, Community Psychiatric Nurse and my support worker.   My support worker has helped me to go out walking and meet friends for coffee.   I had stopped all social events.   I am feeling better and more happy with my life.   The care was excellent.   Enormous support from the CPN,   just wonderful not just for me but for my partner also which was helpful.
