The Doctors are not too bad, if you can get past, the receptionist!
Who act like they run the practice, they argue with you,
Try and make an appointment is bad enough! They need to learn politeness! One Doctor needs to learn a little bedside manor!
Drastic changes need dealing with this practice urgently.
