I have a CPN who visits me this nurse leaves me perplexed every time I see this person.
I try and explain my difficulties coping with my emotions which this CPN doesn’t witness throughout the day and night.
Simply because I can communicate doesn’t mean I can cope with my mental health.
I struggle with the intrusive thoughts, emotions and my anger everyday.
I find it hard to interact with people in general and avoid going to places that I’m not familiar with.
As for seeing my psychiatrist this has now become every 6-8 months which is a concern for both my brothers and my GP.
The receptionist are great at Northcroft and they are very helpful.
I feel that I maybe another statistic who gives up on the system and ends mg life.
