"Upsetting practice"

About: St Mary's NHS Treatment Centre (Portsmouth)

Visited with my 1 year old after being confirmed by two seperate pharmacists that she had conjunctivitis in both eyes and told to seek urgent attention. My gp surgery advised to come here as they were out of appointments late in the day. Although we were seen quickly the practioner was condesending and refused any treatment. Despite being told by two other professionals that treatment was required. Upon asking for a gp opinion I was told "simple answer no". I quickly contacted 111 who were shocked and contacted gp straight away who was able to prescribe antibiotic drops without even seeing my child.

In short if you need treatment for a child then don't bother with this place a complete waste of time.
