(as a service user),

I found the sessions were really structured and were relevant to me.  It was good to go through to the end with other peers and get to know them better.

I feel I really benefited from my 1:1 sessions.  The group facilitators were great – really reassuring and calm.  I felt validated and respected.

I would have liked to have explored/focussed on BDP more in session 7.  I didn’t like the role play (even though I didn’t do any).  I would have liked to have been able to bring hot drinks into the group too.

I feel really grateful to have been given a second opportunity to do MBTi and the group therapy next year.
