"Home Based Treatment Team"

About: Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust

I'd like to leave a positive review for the home based treatment team in Wythenshawe. At the beginning of the year I suffered a crisis (one of many unfortunately) and I was placed under the team. They came out to me whenever I needed them, and probably saved me from myself. I suffer from bipolar disorder, and they have kept it open for me to contact them whenever I need, but I haven't needed to. They are truelly amazing and I find them approachable and really caring. Hopefully I am on the mend now, but I know they are there if I need them! :-)

Dear Sarah,

Thank you so much for taking the time to tell us about your experience with our Home Based Treatment team in Wythenshawe. It is so lovely to hear what a difference our staff have made to your life. I hope that anyone with mental health problems reading this review will see they’re not alone and that you can get the treatment you need to recover.

The team will be so happy to read your kind words and to hear how much you value their expertise and kindness. I will ensure that your kind words are passed onto everyone in the team.

I am really pleased to read that the team’s support has helped you to get your life back on track. All the very best wishes for your continuing recovery.
