when I first attended CGL I generally felt at ease to talk to someone about my issues. I then had the support to go to the doctors to sort out my mentality. when you first come to groups your not expected to just open up you can just sit there and listen. once you feel more confident within yourself and your surroundings and realise your group generally are interested in what your saying with no judgement it has a massive positive impact..

I wasn't the most confident person when first arriving at my group but now I am focused on my life goals that I want to succeed with the right support and all I try to do is support my other peers as much as I can.. I like that I can express myself in a way that everyone understands by either inspirational quotes or analogies.
