I rang the Bladder and Bowel service this morning as I was in a lot of discomfort. Katrina came to visit me and she is absolutely wonderful. The service is lucky to have such a wonderful lady - especially working in this job. She was an absolute joy - I just don't know how she can do this job and stay so smiley and positive. She explained everything to me and gave me examples of new products (pads and such). She left me feeling really happy smiley person.
