About: One Recovery Bucks / High Wycombe

(as a relative),

I have never approached One Bucks Recovery before but having a brother with a drinking problem. The service is amazing and is so supportive. We had an appointment for my mum and I with Lucy who helped us to understand we had to look after ourselves not just try to help my brother.

Lucy was very caring and kind and had lots of useful advice.
I don't see any improvements that need to be made.

Thanks for taking time out to give us your experience of using our family service. It is fantastic to hear how supportive, caring and kind you found Lucy, I will ensure she gets your feedback. She really understands the needs of our families who are impacted by other peoples using and she is really gives 100% to all everyone she comes across, so again it is so great to hear your feedback.
