"Excellent practice"

My care from initial consultation was excellent, I was kept fully informed and had a detailed explanation of the procedure which I found very reassuring. The Day Care surgery worked well for me and I appreciated the time that staff spent with me ensuring at all times I was comfortable, nothing was too much trouble. I can also compliment the welcome sandwich and copious amounts of tea & iced water provided after my surgery once back on the ward. I also want to thank the Orthoptists who have taken very careful measurements, conducted numerous tests to aid the Ophthalmologist. I cannot thank you all highly enough. Overall a brilliant experience.
