"Treated as an individual"

I’ve just had my second appointment to the Cardiology department at Forth Valley Hospital after having being diagnosed with a heart condition. The whole team were excellent. On both occasions, I was dealt with promptly and at every stage was made to feel as relaxed as possible. In particular, I would like to say how impressed and grateful  I am with Dr Linda McShane. On both occasions, she spent considerable time with me and made me feel as if I was being treated as an individual. At no time did she rush me and I left both appointments feeling I was in the best hands possible. I actually thought I could have been at a private hospital. I would like to thank everyone in the department for all their hard work and dedication. A very happy Christmas to all of you.
