For 3 years the reception staff at Lander Practice have been WONDERFUL! Pleasantly professional, kind, patient and helpful...

Even when I'm in crisis and perhaps not as coherant or polite as normal they endeavour to support and assist accordingly.

I have neurological disabilities and chronic physical health issues. I'm sole carer provider to a teenager who also has ongoing crippling medical problems and HF Autism.

The reception and phone answering admin staff have made some really stressful situations more manageable.

I wish the GPs were all as open minded and able to deal with patients with neurological differences and hidden disabilities as well as their reception team.

Sadly there appear to be more gaps in knowledge re complex Neurological/ Mental Health Crisis manifestations amongst GPs than their wonderful Admin/Rec staff!
