From check in to leaving everyone was exceptional. The wait time to be triaged was approx 45 mins and the triage staff were patient, understanding and extremely helpful. Blood, basic tests and a scan were all completed before I saw the doctor. This saved me waiting round for ages and helped the doctor to diagnose quickly. The X-ray staff were quick and no waiting required there. The doctor was exceptional, patient and showed a great deal of understanding and empathy. My whole visit took 3 hours and I have to say I am so proud of our NHS. Keep up the good work and a massive thank you from me!!!
