"Not Impressed"

I arrived ontime, finally seen after a 40 min wait from my appointment time no apology, no update to why dept. running late. I consequently had to pay ridiculous parking fee, when if clinic on time 1 hr parking would have commenced.

I had a text saying how much it would cost if I failed to attend ! Appreciate things don't go to plan but some common courtesy would have helped .
