Communicating with this practice is a nightmare. I have tried to sort out care for an elderly relative that meet the 2 week wait criteria for bowel cancer and I am ignored even though it has been submitted more than once in writing and verbally. The latest response ignores my concerns re cancer. They previously agreed to do an ambulatory ECG which would have identified intermittent AF and if this has been treated the patient would not have had a stroke but they failed to do the 24 tape the doctor had confirmed in writing he would do
previously they have failed to respond to another family member contacting them in the 48 hour window it took a week to get a response
I have been told I cannot complain or speak to anyone in charge
