We took our 3 year old son to Ward 4F in Whiston Hospital for Bloods on Tuesday morning. Our first visit. It was spotlessly clean. The play area was well equip and again spotless.
Nothing was too much trouble, the receptionist was cheery and helpful.
Special mention to Caroline and Sue and the effort they went to to make my son feel special. Caroline was dressed up as an elf, complete with jingle shoes.
They were lovely and you can tell they love their job.
I never normally write reviews but felt compelled to after this visit.
My son was delighted with his certificate and didn't want to leave, despite having his blood taken.
You lot are a credit to the NHS, thank you
