I arrived just in time for a cyst removal operation at 10am. They were running a little bit late due to the previous patient arriving late. However I was called around 10. 25 and was immediately put at ease by the senior of the two nurses, David and Kelly-Ann, who were looking after me. The procedure was carried out very efficiently and I was given clear instructions on how to look after my wound. So, apart from the slight delay, everything was excellent! ☺️

Thank you for your lovely review, it is great you understood that there are factors beyond our control that affect our timings, although we try our hardest to keep up.
