booking an appointment is difficult, finally booked an appointment for my son to have his last injections for today at 11:50 when i arrived they informed me my appointment was actually booked for 10:50 and that they were unable to see him even tho they had given an incorrect time, my daughter had scarlet fever when phoning the practice i was informed they dont deal with paitents who have scarlet fever and that i should go to my local pharmacy after making my way to the pharmacy and waiting in the que i then recieved a phone call informing me they had given me wrong information and an appointment was made for 12:00, the practice is poorly run and the staff are giving out wrong information to parents to top it off the receptionsit think they are drs and ask all sort of question to do with your personal illness before issuing an appointment when in actual fact they should only be saying your appointment time and date rather than gathering confidential information nothing is private, there is only 1 doctor on site and the nurse is currently doing advanced training due to the amount of paitents they have took on, will be moving drs due to the incompetence and inadequate practice.
