"Triage was quick and slick"

Recent use of Honiton MIU for a Minor Injury to a shoulder. Triage quick and slick, x-rays ordered and assessments made within thirty minutes. Bit of a delay in review and treatment but this was due to a time critical emergency, so fully understandable.

Diagnosis and treatment rendered very quickly.

Only feedback where an improvement could be made is that acknowledgement of social circumstances of vulnerable people should be done. Opportunity to advise on social care would have been helpful.
